Don't Be Afraid to Live

What are you afraid of? Did you know that your fears can paralyze your state of existence, and prevent you from pursuing the life God has already destined for you? Believe or not the devil is alive and well and knows how to feed on your deficiencies. He knows if he can keep you bound by that fear, he in essence is disrupting the connection between you and God. He uses that fear to evoke memories of past situations where God may not have answered your prayers in a timely fashion or not at all. Keep in mind God hears every prayer, every plea, and every cry, but he is not on a set schedule. Sometimes when God takes a bit longer to bring a resolution to your situation, he could be simply testing your faith to see if you trust him as you claim you do. In the instances where your prayers have not been answered, if God feels you have not particularly learned your lesson, he may allow you to dwell in the valley a while longer. God has not given you a spirit of fear, so do not allow the devil to convince you otherwise. According to

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and self discipline

So with that being said, live your life without fear just as God has commanded.
